Holiday Camps

As part of our mission to keep children active and provide equal opportunities for all kids, we run holiday camps during half terms and school holidays. Primarily based in Plymouth and the South West of England our multi activity camps are for children aged 5-16 and involve a range of sports and games from football to tag rugby, treasure hunts or the infamous NERF wars.

Action Camps

Half term activity camps for boys and girls age 5-12.


Ran from 9:00 to 15:00 our Action Camps include a wide range of activities to keep children active during school holidays.

GrassRoots Rugby Camps

Our EOLAS+ GrassRoots Rugby Camps are part of our Grow The Game programme which aims to promote underage rugby across the South West through the pillar stones of our sport, community rugby clubs.


With Head coach Eoghan Grace who’s experience comes from playing at international and European cup level having represented renowned clubs such as Exeter Chiefs, Munster and Connacht the future stars are in great hands. Supported by an outstanding team your child will experience a fun, jam packed day of rugby.


Our camps offer a high quality, well organised, safe rugby environment to welcome newcomers to their local clubs while developing future stars who are already weekly regulars. Our focus is on honing the basic skills whilst encouraging strong Core Values.

Healthy Body : Healthy Mind Holiday Camps

Ran in partnership with mental health and wellbeing experts Arterne: Enriching the next generation CIC our Healthy Body : Healthy Mind Camps look to provide children with the opportunity to get active both mentally and physically. Tackling the stigma and raising awareness about mental health and its links with physical health our camps allow children a chance to develop their cognitive and physical skills through a diverse range of activities and games.
